Daniel has been in the financial industry for over 15 years. After surviving a number of buy-outs in the private banking sector of Indianapolis, Daniel went to work at Charles Schwab. It was there that he obtained his Broker registration. He gained much experience working as a Trader through the Great Recession. He missed working face-to-face with his clients and when the opportunity arose to become an advisor for PNC Investments, Daniel jumped at the chance. Daniel flourished while at PNC and due to his achievements there, he caught the attention of JP Morgan Investments recruiters and Daniel was wooed away.
At JP Morgan he continued his education and became registered as an Investment Advisor Representative. About that time, Daniel and his wife, Erin, welcomed their first son, Quinn, and a few months later decided to relocate to the Rochester area - where Erin was raised. Once here Daniel went to work as an advisor for a local bank and assisted clients in the Canandaigua area.
Working at the local bank afforded him many opportunities to meet new people in the area. Once he met Cindy, they realized they had similar ethics and goals, so they started working together. Over the course of a couple years, this partnership has become Clover Leaf Financial, LLC.
When Daniel is not working for his clients, he is spending time outdoors with his family. Daniel and Erin now have four sons, Quinn, Cormick, Nolan, and Pierce. Daniel is a board member of the Rotary Club of Canandaigua as well as on the Rotary District 7120 Membership Committee.

Scott has been married to Paula for over 49 years, has two grown children Tate and Cashawna and 4 grandchildren. He started in the Financial Service Business in November of 1970 as an independent advisor and formed The Chaney Group shortly thereafter. Graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University in June of 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts. He has obtained several advance degrees from the American College such as a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CHFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and RHU (Register Health Underwriter). The above advanced designation required taking and passing a total of 24 college level courses of which he is very proud. Director of Digital Management
Officially joining the Clover Leaf Team in July 2019, Kevin specializes in advising new families and younger investors just starting to look towards retirement. Kevin also manages our digital investment platform and Clover Leaf Digital Management.
A native of Fairport New York, Kevin reached out to Daniel while attending college to inquire about working as an intern. After that summer he knew that this was a place that he could grow and develop as a financial professional. Kevin graduated with honors from the University at Albany in 2019.
When he's not in the office, Kevin enjoys hitting his ball into the lake at the local golf course, tennis, and surfing with his brother and friends.
Cynthia Harington has been helping clients pursue their long term goals for over 20 years. She has a Business Administration degree from Monroe Community College and a CFP designation from the Board of Financial Planning after completing a two year program with the College of Financial Planning. She began her career at Community Securities Inc. in 1992. In 1996 she moved to Best Times Financial Planning to focus on comprehensive planning for her clients. In 2002 she began her own firm Harrington Financial Group LLC which she managed until merging with Clover Leaf Financial in 2015. She is married with 2 children, 2 step children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with her family.

Andi has been in the financial services business for 30 years, having worked with Cindy for the past 13 years. Since having held her position in the financial field, she has tailored her skill set to address the servicing needs of every client. Andi interacts directly with potential and existing clients, increasing overall customer confidence. In addition to her duties as a Client Service Manager, Andi is a fully certified public notary and has completed all aspects of training through the Admin U Program.
Andi resides in the Sea Breeze area with her husband, Chuck. They have two sons, Robert and Paul and one daughter, Samantha. Her hobbies include bowling, relaxing with family and hanging out with her three grandsons; Dallas, Ethan and Skyler.

Susan started working at Farmers Insurance Group in 1981 as a Customer Service Representative. In 1988 she became an Office Manager for an independent agency where she eventually met and started working for Scott Chaney in 1993. In addition to her duties as Office Manager, Susan brings a vast knowledge of client service and is focused on maintaining client relationships. She has been a Notary and Licensed Agent for over 30 years.
She resides in Marysville with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys the outdoors, gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
